The Architectural firm currently known as Jerry L. Watts & Associates, LLC was established in 1940 by Mr. Lewis P. Manson. Mr. Watts joined the firm in 1964. Over the next 16 years, Mr. Manson found in Jerry the leadership qualities, architectural ability and vision necessary to take the firm into the future. Therefore in 1980, after 40 years in practice, Mr. Manson retired and handed the reigns of the firm over to Mr. Watts. Today, Jerry L. Watts & Associates, LLC, Architects, Planners, Consultants is implementing steps to preserve its standing in the Architectural Community. Mr. Watts has actively sought out experienced, energetic and imaginative staff who share his commitment to excellence. They have the ability, creativity and experience to ensure that their lineage and impeccable reputation continue to guide the firm's success throughout the twenty-first century and beyond. |
After becoming owner and sole proprietor of Lewis P. Manson & Associates, Mr. Watts was determined not to allow the firm to erode its reputation. The client base was preserved and expanded. In 1982, the firm was renamed Jerry L. Watts & Associates. Over the past two decades, the Architects and Associates have honored the firm’s established reputation as pioneered by Lewis P.
